Whether you're up for a slow or medium- paced walk, all are welcome to enjoy the fresh air and great company.

Adult & Child Classes
This 30-minute class is packed with fun activities and games designed to engage both you and your toddler (ages 3-4) in a joyful fitness experience. It’s the perfect way to get moving together and make memories!
Why not stay after class and enjoy a complimentary swim for one adult and one child. Collect your wristband from reception after class.

Chair Dance All Abilities
Learn dance routines whilst sitting on a chair.

Work-it is an exercise program that provides the opportunity for people with a disability to get active with the support of an instructor.

Gym Fit
A gym class for adults who are blind, or vision impaired to get fit, with the support of an instructor. Designed to help build fitness and strength.

Aqua Fit
Blind Sports and Recreation Victoria partnered with Hume City Council to offer adults who are blind, or vision impaired to get fit in our Aqua Exercise class. Free coffee and tea provided.
