Work-it is an exercise program that provides the opportunity for people with a disability to get active with the support of an instructor.

Gym Fit
A gym class for adults who are blind, or vision impaired to get fit, with the support of an instructor. Designed to help build fitness and strength.

Aqua Fit
Blind Sports and Recreation Victoria partnered with Hume City Council to offer adults who are blind, or vision impaired to get fit in our Aqua Exercise class. Free coffee and tea provided.

Gentle pace for all participants. Perfect for those aiming to enhance flexibility and balance.
