Mat Pilates has arrived at Splash!

We’re excited to announce that from February, SPLASH will be adding 4 Mat Pilates classes per week to our jam-packed timetable.

Commencing Monday 2nd February

Class Times:
• Monday – 8:30pm
• Wednesday – 5:10pm
• Friday – 10:30am
• Sunday – 8:05am

With this addition, we’re now offering 106 classes per week at SPLASH and Craigieburn Sports Stadium so there’s bound to be something you’ll love.

Inspired by the rhythms of nature and the feeling of water in motion, this class invites you to slow down, tune inward, and move in a way that feels supportive for your body. Options are always offered, so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.
