Sunbury Warm Water Pool Notice

Please be advised that a large group booking is scheduled in the Warm Water Pool, Spa & Steam Room on Tuesday 28 July 2026 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.

These areas will remain open to the public during this time. However, to help minimise congestion, patrons are encouraged to plan their visit outside of these hours where possible.

Member portal and Technogym resolved

The membership portal issues have now been resolved - reset password requests should now be operational

Technogym integration with membership has now been resolved - if you continue to experience issues with booking classes please contact our customer service team for support.

BALC - MLAK Changeroom Change Table

Please be advised that the MLAK changeroom change table at BALC is currently unavailable until further notice while maintenance works are carried out. The MLAK changeroom itself will still remain fully accessible for all patrons.
