SALC – Pool Closures – Contractor Works

As part of our ongoing pool plant upgrades, contractor works will be undertaken to improve water quality, safety, and the long term reliability of our aquatic facilities.

The following temporary closures will be in place:

Tuesday 7 July

Warm Water Pool closed: 11:00am – 2:00pm
Warm Water Spa closed: 11:00am – 2:00pm

The MLAK accessible change room will remain available during this time upon request.

Wednesday 8 July

25m Pool closed: 7:00am – 3:30pm

The 25m Spa and Steam Room will remain open during this time.

We thank our patrons for their patience and understanding while these important works are completed and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

BALC - MLAK Changeroom Change Table

Please be advised that the MLAK changeroom change table at BALC is currently unavailable until further notice while maintenance works are carried out. The MLAK changeroom itself will still remain fully accessible for all patrons.

SPLASH - Pool Upgrades - 29 June-12 July

Leisure Pool and Aqua Play will be closed while we undertake maintenance during school holidays 29 June – 12 July, to minimise the disruption of swimming lessons.

The 50 metre pool will remain open during this time, as will the Warm Water Pool area.

Inflatables and Water slides will run over the school holidays as normal.

50m Lap Pool Availability 

To help cater for both lap swimmers and families:

• Pool at 50metres Weekdays 5am –  8am

• Pool at 2x 25metres 8:30am – 10:00pm

• Pool at 2x 25metres Weekends 8am – 5pm

Please note depth of 50metre pool is 1.1m-2.0m

• Weekdays: 10:00am – 5:00pm

• Weekends: 10:00am – 3:00pm

Inflatable Sessions

• Weekdays: 11:00am – 3:00pm

• Inflatables rotate daily between: Torpedo and Splash Island
