TAC & Workcover
We’re committed to making access to TAC and insurance-funded rehabilitation memberships easy and stress-free. If you have an approved insurance or TAC claim, joining our facilities and starting your rehabilitation activities is simple.
Your insurance and rehabilitation membership can be used for a wide range of activities, including warm water therapy, lap swimming and gym workouts.

AFTER you have received your approval letter from your insurer, please click the button below to provide all required details and upload approval letter.
Step 3
Someone from our team will be in touch to get your membership started! We take care of all of the invoicing and following up payment to make the process easy for you.
What happens next?
Once we've received your approval letter from your insurer, we will be in touch with you in regard to:
- Establishing your membership with Hume Leisure
- Getting your account set up
- Logging in and using the Technogym App
- Booking you in for your first Fitness Assessment
Key Terms and Conditions:
- Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for this process to be completed
- Membership will not commence until payment is received
- Suspension period allowed upon presentation of a medical certificate
