Become part of a team responsible for providing high quality health and fitness opportunities to residents and visitors in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment through the provision of our health club services.
Mandatory qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Physical Education, Bachelor of Science (Human Movement) Degree, or Fitness Leader's Certificate (Resistance Training) with little or no experience, or lesser formal qualifications with skills and relevant industry experience.
- Current Physical Activity/Fitness Australia accreditation (or in a position to gain accreditation).
- Provide First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Experience with the operation of a Leisure Centre which incorporates a gymnasium and group fitness classes.
- Current Pool Lifeguard qualification would be advantageous.

Become part of a team responsible for providing high quality aquatic and recreation opportunities to residents and visitors in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment through the provision of professional aquatic supervision and service.
Mandatory qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications relating to sport and recreational management or a similar field. Or lesser formal qualifications with demonstrated skills and relevant experience in the facilitation of aquatic operations, including supervision of employees within an aquatic environment.
- Aquatic Technical Operator’s Certificate
- Current Pool Lifeguard Award
- Provide First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Driver’s Licence
