Whether you're joining with a friend for the first time or you're already a member and want to bring someone along, your friend can join with no joining fee on an eligible Direct Debit membership.
Working out with a partner helps keep you motivated, accountable and committed to your goals—and our team is here to support you every step of the way.
How It Works
Option 1 – Join Together
- Two or more new members join together on eligible Direct Debit memberships.
- Both receive no joining fee.
Option 2 – Bring a Friend
- An existing Hume Leisure member brings a friend to the centre.
- The new member joins on an eligible Direct Debit membership and receives no joining fee.
How to Redeem
To take advantage of this offer, simply visit any staffed Hume Leisure centre during July and sign up in person. Our team will help you choose the right membership, answer any questions and apply the promotion during the sign-up process.

Terms & Conditions
- Promotion available from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.
- Offer applies to eligible Direct Debit fitness memberships only.
- To receive the offer:
- Two new members must join together, or
- An existing Hume Leisure member must refer a new member who joins during the promotional period.
- The new member must not have a current active Hume Leisure membership at the time of joining.
- Memberships must be purchased in person at a staffed Hume Leisure centre. Online or phone sign-ups are not eligible for this promotion.
- Offer provides a waived joining fee only. All other applicable membership fees and ongoing Direct Debit payments apply.
- Promotion cannot be redeemed retrospectively or in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
- Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Hume Leisure reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
