Eligible Concessions
Concession rates are available for casual entry, memberships, and visit passes for holders of the following valid cards:

Government-issued Health Care Cards

Seniors Cards
-
Business Cards
'We Care' Card
These must be current and provided on entry, or provided on membership sign up to receive discount.
Please note that Seniors Business Discount Cards are not accepted for concession pricing.
Student Entry and Student Membership Eligibility
To be eligible for a Student Entry or Student Membership, the following criteria must be met:

Australian enrolment: You must be currently enrolled in an accredited Australian educational institution.

Course duration: Your course must be a minimum of 6 months in length. Courses may be undertaken on a full-time or part-time basis.

Proof of enrolment: To confirm eligibility, you will need to provide one of the following:

A valid, in-date student card, or
-
An official enrolment confirmation or letter from your institution that clearly shows your enrolment dates.

Student eligibility may be reviewed periodically to ensure continued compliance with these requirements.
Companion Cards and Carers
Holders of a valid Companion Card are entitled to free entry for their carer when accompanying the cardholder.
Carers presenting a valid Concession Card (outlined above) are eligible for the concession rate.
All other carers are required to pay the general casual entry fee applicable to the area of use.
