Important program criteria changes
Due to a review of our Hume Swim School program, we would like to inform you about some upcoming changes to our swim program criteria that may impact the assessments for each level. These changes are designed to enhance the overall quality of our program, aligning it with industry standards and ensuring a more comprehensive skill development for our swimmers.
What is changing?
We are introducing new/adjusted criteria to some competencies in each level.
Some competencies may become more challenging, reflecting a higher standard of skill.
Impact on assessments
Each students assessment percentage displayed on the parent portal may have changed due to the updated criteria.
This does not reflect a decrease in your child's abilities; rather, it signifies our commitment to providing a well-rounded and challenging learning experience.

Classes from Wednesday 29 January will follow the updated criteria.
