Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know what level my child would enrol into?

If your child swims at another swim school and is swimming 25m of all strokes please contact our swim school team to organise an assessment. All other children will be verbally assessed during enrolment.

Why is the wait time so long?

Our swim school has high demand, and availability depends on factors such as class capacity, age group, and skill level.

I already have a child enrolled. Do I still need to wait?

No, if you have a child currently enrolled in our swim school, you are eligible for immediate enrolment.

Can I enrol in private lessons?

Due to high demand, private lessons are currently only available for students with additional needs. Wait times still apply.

Why did my friend get enrolled before me?

Enrolment depends on several factors, including age, skill level, and registration date. In most cases, placements are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
