Teen Gym - Currently not accepting new members
A gym based program provided by the supervision of our gym experts, participants receive a personalised training program, motivation and education. We provide a bridging program that enables 12 to 15 year olds to access the gym before being eligible to join as a member at 15 years of age. A Health Consultation is needed prior to attending the first solo session, in which a parent will need to attend this with the Teen Gym Member. Bookings can be made via phone or in person at Splash.
Training Benefits Include:
- Cardiovascular fitness, endurance and strength training
- Improved self esteem, coordination, posture and balance
- Healthy nutritional advice with improved social networks
What's the cost?
To join our Teen Gym we run a direct debit option for $6.85 per week (debited fortnightly)
Teen Gym Times:
* Hours stay the same during School Holidays
- Weekdays 2.00pm-6.00pm
- Weekends 2.00pm-5.00pm
Teen Aqua
Water exercise is a low impact activity that provides a range of health benefits for people of all ages. Having fun in the water is what our pools are all about, whilst providing a bridging program that enables 12 to 15 year olds to access the Pool area before being eligible to join as a member at 15 years of age.
Training Benefits Include:
- Cardiovascular fitness and endurance training
- Improves overall general health
- Stress relief, relaxing and great fun
What's the cost?
To join Teen Aqua we run a direct debit option for $6.85 per week (debited fortnightly)
Teen Aqua Times:
* Hours stay the same during School Holidays
- Weekdays 5.30am-10.00pm
- Weekends 8.00am-5.00pm
